Veal Parmesan 2 veal cutlets (pounded thin) 1/2 cup flour2 eggs2 tablespoons half and half1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan1/2 cup panko 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 - 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
In three pie plates or half sheet pans prepare the following:
- Place flour in first pan
- Combine eggs and half and half in next pan, whisk to combine
- Combine cheese, panko and seasonings in the third, stir to combine
Coat veal in flour, then egg mixture and then cheese mixture shaking after each step to remove any excess.
Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. And veal and cook about 3 minutes per side.
Serve over your favorite pasta and cover with marinara sauce and top Parmesan or Asiago cheese.
